Rules

1. Pets are not allowed;

2. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment due to the presence of smoke sensors;

3. It is not allowed to organize parties of any kind;

4. It is not allowed to stay with a number of people other than those declared at Check-in and indicated in the annex to the contract on page

5. In this regard, the landlord reserves the right to check the actual number of guests who will occupy the apartment. In the event of a higher number of guests than the one indicated by the tenant in the booking, there is a supplement of € 100.00 (one hundred euros / 00) for each additional person, which the tenant will be required to pay the lessor.

6. It is mandatory to provide for separate collection;

7. It is forbidden to change the layout of the house: appliances, TVs, furniture and ornaments must remain unchanged upon return.

8. The use of the sofa bed is allowed from the third person onwards. Up to 2 (two) people, in case you want to use the sofa bed in the living room, the sheets are charged to the tenant.

Upon arrival, a deposit of € 200 will be required which will be returned upon departure after inspection of the apartment. In addition, a tourist tax will be required. Deposit and tourist tax must be paid in cash
